Solution
Through advancements in coating technology, these roofs can now be resealed with the right coating product. However, if any of these roofs leak badly enough to need substantial tear-off to remove wet insulation they would not be a candidate for a coating system. The ideal time to investigate the use of a coating system on these roofs would be as they come out of their warranty period and leaks are just starting to appear.
